In the month of January, the CAR Sierra Nevada CSD became the scene of joint training camp between the boxing selections of Spain and United Kingdom. These groups carried out a serie of physical, technical and tactical sessions with satisfactory results for the both teams simultaneously.The teams were able to count during their stay with all the specific equipment needed for the perfect development of the concentration of this scope.

Both the host team and the English team awaits a challenging year with some important competitions such as the European Championship will be held in May and the World Championship will be held in September.

The level of the participants was truly exceptional, among other qualified athletes, there were the English Joshua Buatsi, who obtained the bronze medal in the  category of 81 KG in Olympic Games held in Rio and the Spanish Samuel Carmona who obtained Olympic Diploma in the category of 49 KG.

The final balance of the stage has been very satisfactory for these two great teams who have found in the CAR Sierra Nevada CSD an unbeatable place for high level training, both by the means made available to them and by the advantages it entails in the high level training, as well as for the tranquility which the location of the center offers its users.
